Founded by Joel Wertheimer in 2011, we’re a professional Mediation Service that works collaboratively with parties to assist them in resolving their dispute. We provide our services to clients throughout Victoria, South Australia and NSW. Our mediation work specialises in construction, property and business partnership disputes.
We assist parties in resolving their disputes and moving forward without expending substantial amounts of time and money in protracted legal investigations. This allows parties to either continue their working relationship or terminate a relationship without onerous and substantial costs.
